  Dr. Tamara at Community Chiropractic has helped me greatly with the adjustments I have needed. She is observant when I come in and listens to how I am feeling before doing anything. I appreciate her help and the work she does.

  Been going to Dr Lund for my pregnancies, it is amazing how much better I feel after being adjusted especially once it comes to ha ing sleepless nights. I also started taking my 20month old daughter once I told the Dr she had been having trouble with bowel movements ever since she was born, we have being going twice a week for about a month and my little girl finally has no issues passing gas or going potty. It has also helped her sleep through the night and get a full 12 hours which has helped her mood so much. Thank you so much Dr Lund we will continue to see you and get adjusted we can't thank you enough

  Dr Lund (Tamara) is so caring and fantastic at pain relief. I have seen her for years and all of the staff are beyond friendly. I admire the knowledge this doc has and the beautiful human being she is.

  Tamara is a fantastic Chiropractor. She listens to you fully, spends as much time with you as needed and helps you understand ways to stay healthy and her adjustments are great. I always walk out of there feeling great and a few inches taller :)
