- JCJackie CApr 2, 20245.0I brought my father in for a hearing test. Let me just say, from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave- they are so nice. The receptionist was was very welcoming. Bryan was the hearing aid doctor we saw and he was very thorough with explaining everything. My father demoed hearing aids in the office and just for him to be able to hear, lit up his face. He was able to hear my from the front of the office with noise around. I highly recommend that you go see Bryan- you will not be disappointed.

I went and saw the male audiologist there about 6 times because one of my hearing aids kept on loosing sound and he never fixed it for me. He always said that he tested them and it was fine. I started to think it was me who was loosing hearing, but the problem didnt go away. I had to go to another miracle-ear place and tell the audiologist there about my problem ONCE and they were able to verify that my hearing aid was indeed faulty. I cant believe I wasted almost 6 months of bad hearing just because of that man. I dont think he fully understands how much people with hearing loss depend on hearing aids.
