Located inside Target (northwestern corner of the store) near the intersection of South Street and Gridley Road.
Do not rely on TargetOptical.com's mapping directions. The first time I tried to map out directions, they had me routed to the industrial park near the Cerritos Towne Center. I tried routing a second time, and they had me heading out to North Long Beach.
I eventually just walked to Target to confirm that my appointment was indeed inside their store, and not some random location that their website was giving me.
