I love classes with Khadija because she challenges the class! She one of my favorite instructors there. The other instructors are very knowledgeable and everyone teaches differently. It's all a learning curve with each instructors. Took me a while to get use to it, but now it's second nature for me. 💕

I’ve only tried a couple trainers so far but I LOVE Rhonda, she’s great at pushing you but also sincere and understanding when you’ve reached your limit, I love that she helps me with correct form and she’s funny so it makes the class that much more enjoyable!
