I visited on a Wednesday morning around 10:30am and booked my appointment through the app. The process was simple and hassle-free. I was quickly greeted by the front desk staff and called in less than a minute. Thankfully, it wasn't busy at the time. The medical team assessed me, providing excellent service, care, and a clear explanation of my symptoms. I'm happy to have found a new urgent care that's entirely digital, making everything easy and accessible. I can view my results, prescriptions, and visits directly from the app. Thanks to the team for taking good care of me.
