  Cerritos Dentist has highly respected employees who are attentive to their customers. The dentist has very well-respected employees who are very attentive to their customers. The place is very clean, and the appointments are set on time. We do not have to wait. No more than five minutes. They are very prompt with their scheduling. The dentist and hygienist are very gentle; well, the cleaning process is recommended for everyone. A+

  Unethical business practices. If you want to feel scammed and taken advantage of come here. I recently moved and came across this dental office on yelp. The business had great reviews so I figured I would give them a try. I went to have my remaining 2 wisdom teeth pulled. I had my other 2 removed a couple of years ago (at A Plus Cosmetic Dentistry in Los Angeles -highly recommend) and just didn't decide to remove the other 2 until they recently started bothering me. Any who, I go to Dentist of Cerritos and they came off like used car salesmen. They made me feel like they did not truly care about my health or doing what was necessary; Their primary focus here is to upsell! The sales representative in reception told me it would be mandatory for them to add bone graft to my wisdom tooth area post removal. She told me that even if it was against my religious belief that if I refused the bone graft then they would refuse to remove my wisdom teeth. (I did not get her name but I recognize her in the pictures they posted and have attached) Keep in mind I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed at my previous dental office and they healed perfectly fine without any foreign bone graft! For them to refuse removing my wisdom teeth regardless of the pain they were causing me unless I agreed to their $1,100 out of pocket upsell (I have a PPO and they were billing my insurance $1,100 as well) is unethical. They also attempted to force an unnecessary $400 fluoride treatment on me as well. I will never come back and places like this deserve to go out of business. I expect behavior like this from a used car dealership not professionals in the medical field. In other news, I got my wisdom teeth removed today for $0 out of pocket today at A Plus Cosmetic Dentistry by Dr. Pirouz, highly recommend if you are willing to drive to the Los Angeles area. I also recommend Dr. E at Orange County dental (I only stopped going to him because I moved). Dr. Pirouz and Dr. E are the golden standard of what Dentists should be! They are honest, kind, knowledgeable and exceptional at what they do. If you don't mind being scammed and taken advantage of, stick with Dentist of Cerritos. Hopefully they change their shady business practices or go out of business.

  The staff at the desk were helpful. The lady doing the ex rays was quick and helpful. The dentist people that were performing services was excellent.

  The office was very clean and the staff was excellent. The consultation was fast and they answered all my questions.
