They are the only urgent care that actually answers their phone when you call, everyone who works in that office is very professional and helpful. Even without insurance, this place was the most affordable urgent care around, they are very upfront with their pricing and explain everything and treat you like a person not just another number. We were seen by Stephanie Yeh she was very professional and just all around amazing. I hope I’m not getting his name wrong, but I think the guy who came in to give us to help was named Alex amazing guy as well, and the front desk staff is also super amazing. I will always recommend this urgent care. Thank you all that work there you guys are all amazing

I was quickly greeted by the front desk staff and called in less than a minute. Thankfully, it wasn't busy at the time. The medical team assessed me, providing excellent service, care, and a clear explanation of my symptoms. I'm happy to have found a new urgent care that's entirely digital, making everything easy and accessible. I can view my results, prescriptions, and visits directly from the app. Thanks to the team for taking good care of me.
