  Llegas al laboratorio y te atiende una computadora. Que paso con el servicio al cliente ?? Traje una muestra de orina de mi hijo que ya estaba previamente ordenada por el dr. Y resulta que tienes que entrar a la lista de espera que tardan horas para atenderte y no hay nadie a quien preguntarle nada. Intentas preguntar y te dicen que estan llamando a pacientes. Peor si intentas llamar solo contestan operadoras. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Solo intento dejar una muestra de orina y ya espere 2 horas, no creo que la orina sirva para los exámenes médicos que pidieron.

  My experience with Ashley was wonderful -- she was kind, very attentive to details, and it was one of the easiest blood draws I've experienced. Make an appointment and make your life easier -- do not do standby at any Quest location. They're not incentivized to see you and STAT orders get priority - make appointments even to drop off a sample. Work with your doctors and make an appointment a month in advance if you need fasting bloodwork for your annual -- realisticaly there's no walk-ins at Quest facilities typically available.

  The Quest in Castro Valley is clean, friendly and efficient. I appreciate using the app to make an appointment and check in when I arrive. No need to use the kiosk.

  I waited 2.5 hours as a walk-in before I gave up and left. When I brought this to their attention, they said being on standby is not a garuntee that I will be called. I was waiting this long after being the first one next on the standby out of ten, all simultaneously they were telling someone who just walked in they can get on the standby list. That is misleading. I was #1 on standby and had not been seen for almost 3 hours - they should not tell someone walking in to get on the standby and wait as #11. It is a waste of time and they should be upfront and realistic about expectations to people. I let the person walking in I was waiting for 2 and a half hours in the front of standby to save them from wasting their entire day. They should say upfront that you may not be called instead of telling people to get on standby, let them sit all day and ignore them.
