I moved to the area and had my medication sent to this pharmacy, a pharmacist called me and blatantly told me she was refusing to fill my medications because my prescribing doctor was now too far away. She attempted to claim Safeway and California policies as justification however when I asked what specific policies she was unable to give me an answer and that she simply wasn’t going to fill the meds by her personal choice. Don’t go here.

- TRTerry ReeseDec 16, 20201.0I almost never write bad reviews but the service here is absolutely horrendous. They have never answered their phone in the 3 years I've used them. They frequently offer to fill your prescription in "15-20 minutes" but when you go back to pick it up they are "working on it" and it will be another "15-20 minutes." I've had to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy near my work instead because this place has wasted so many hours of my time. If I ran my business this way, we'd be closed in a month. Go anywhere else. You'll be treated much better and have your time respected.
