Wings Recovery

Wings Recovery offers a premier men’s residential treatment program in San Diego County, providing a safe, structured, and distraction-free environment for healing. With 24/7 clinical support, our program helps men address complex mental health and co-occurring disorders while focusing fully on recovery. Our trauma-focused approach includes evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other proven modalities to treat conditions like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, dissociation, and co-occurring disorders. Each client receives highly individualized care, including a minimum of four one-on-one therapy sessions per week, along with group therapy and comprehensive clinical support. To support whole-person healing, we also offer integrative therapies such as acupuncture, fitness, and music therapy through our Rock to Recovery program. Wings Recovery provides a full continuum of care, including Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), ensuring seamless transitions and long-term stability. Located in North County San Diego, our men’s program combines clinical excellence with a supportive environment designed to help clients build lasting resilience and recovery.
