  Made 6:30 am appointment. Arrived on time. Letter posted on door says this location was closed permanently on 7/21/1022. No communication from Quest to alert me. Email and text appointment reminders were even received. Unprofessional.

  Standing at your door at 6:45am. No one is here. Why do you advertise 6:30am opening when you are not even here.

  I have used Quest twice in the last two months and both times my experience was great, convenient location, minimum waiting time, experienced caring technician, and Starbucks in store for fasting blood draws.

  Walked in, the checkin machine said 13 minute wait. 40 minutes later it said I had a 19 min wait. Every time a person with an appointment walked in I was bumped. My phone died which was how I was to show which tests I ordered. SLOW and no one to talk to.
