  Best visit to the dentist today. I was so afraid and anxiety ridden I was almost sick. With the way the took care of me today I was able to walk out out ready to start my new journey. Thank you for everything general dental

  The front desk staff are friendly but frequently struggle with their scheduling software and proper documentation, leading to my needing to frequently correct wrong information, including the reason for my visits. They strongly recommended cleanings every 3 months for my dental health but seemingly only have one hygienist whose schedule is sporadic at best. My last two scheduled cleanings had to be pushed a month out with barely 24 hours notice, and the final straw was when they called again with similar short notice to push the most recent rescheduled cleaning out ANOTHER month. I understand that people get sick and also deserve time off, but there is something severely lacking in the management of this place when they're calling patients the day before a long scheduled appointment to tell them they can't be seen because they just realized the hygienist isn't on the schedule for an entire month. I was able to find a new office who fit me in for a cleaning and exam the same day that I called, and bonus, they also found two cavities that Gentle Dentle apparently missed at my last exam 4 months ago. I will not be back and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist office look elsewhere, as you will not find consistent reliable care here.

  Worst dental experience I've had. Bad organization, rescheduling, very pushy for orthodontist treatment and premiums. I ended up leaving after 2 hours, not sure if any cleaning was actually done on my teeth and with fairly poor communication from everyone. I don't think I've ever left a one star review but this one was just too much - the whole environment seemed like a company, not a clinic - one doctor for all the patients, one hygienist that barely talked with me for the 1h45 minutes I had to seat on my chair unattended

  Went there thinking it would be reasonably priced and quick. I needed a cleaning and for the doctor to take a look at some erosion. I arrived at 10:00 am and left at 2:30 pm, that's 4.5 hours and the cleaning was not completed, it was not even started. One crown, and a couple of fillings later (which I had to remind the doctor to do, because that's why I went there in the first place). I have to go back and get what I paid for but I do not believe I will return after that. It's sad because the staff are always kind and attentive to me, but something is amiss here, not the same as before.

  My experience with gentle gentle was a an overall very positive experience. Initially there was some confusion over the cost of the crown. The price they quoted me was about $400 more than my insurance told me I was entitled to. After discussing this with the office manager Eileen she was able to confirm and provide a new treatment plan for the revised cost in time for the upcoming visit. The work on the crown done by Dr. Merchant and his assistant Mike was flawless. Both the temporary crown and the permanent crown we’re perfect. Easily as good as the best work I’ve ever had done. The hygienist Joy Johnson, who cleaned my teeth was impeccable. She obviously takes pride in her work. Charisse and Staphie at the front desk, were helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcomed, and the overall atmosphere there was positive and relaxed. Based upon my experience there with this last visit, I would be happy to recommend gentle Dental and will be looking forward to a continuing relationship with them for my future Dental needs.
