The ladies locker room is clean and has everything you could possibly need for before and after your practice. The yoga studios are open and bright and very well ventilated if it gets too hot. Love that they have Sculpt classes 7 days a week. I'm hooked!
- LCLaurenn CutshawJan 22, 20135.0This is one of the most beautiful studios I have ever been to in SD! It used to be the old Haute Yoga but they've completely remodeled it. The colors are very natural and serene. The Yoga Six staff is friendly, they have tons of class each day, great locker rooms with showers, etc. It is a hot studio but they have plenty of non-heated classes too, which is great. Deep Stretch is one of my favs. New students get 6 free classes - totally worth it - and then a discount the first purchase. Gotta love that! The first time I went it was a little hard to find, they are on the 2nd floor above Bed Bath and Beyond in The Forum Shops.
