When I stopped by the Carlsbad Warby Parker location, expecting to be let down again, I was met with exceptional service from employee's Karlie and Cristi. Karlie went above and beyond, checking the back stock and actually finding a single remaining pair of the exact frames I’d been searching for. Together, Karlie and Cristi worked tirelessly over two days (as I did not come in with my prescription the first day) to figure out how to ring up the retired style so I could finally get the glasses of my dreams. It was no small feat and I am beyond grateful! Both were incredibly kind, attentive, and determined to help; a true example of 5-star customer service. I’m so grateful for their effort and dedication!
