  I have been using this pharmacy for at least 7 years, and while I have a minor complaints, they do a solid job of taking care of my prescriptions. I would give them a four or five if for nothing else, the effort to satisfy my pharmacy needs. I see a lot of people write one star reviews and go negative with petty complaints. I wonder, why don’t they take their business elsewhere without all the fuss.

  Terrible service. I came to this pharmacy while I was nine months pregnant with a serious burn on my stomach. I was first advised to use Neosporin, but after calling my doctor, I was clearly told that this medication was not suitable for my situation. I asked what other options were available and showed a list of medications approved by my doctor. I was told, “We don’t know what that is,” even though those exact products were on the shelf — I later found them myself. After that, the employee (a blonde woman) demonstratively ignored me for 15–20 minutes. I was standing there pregnant, in pain, with a burn. She occasionally looked at me and continued working at the computer as if I wasn’t there. I did nothing wrong. I simply asked for help. Being ignored like this in a pharmacy is unacceptable.

  I've never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. They've always been courteous and accomodating

  Called twice, needed to ask a question that was not available through the automated system. Waited on hold then sent to a voicemail that does not accept voicemails twice. Called the main customer line to see if they could let someone know I’ve been unable to get through. Explained that I’m happy to hold longer, but just don’t want to be disconnected. Also happy to leave a message and receive a call back when they’re not busy. The customer service rep said all she can do is transfer me back to their department. She also explained she “can’t interrupt their work” when I requested she see if there is someone who can take my call. I agreed to the transfer, waited on hold again, then got disconnected. My family will no longer use this pharmacy, switching to Costco.

  Pharmacy technicians very helpful in transferring prescriptions from other pharmacy. I like that I can actually reach a person by phone if I have a question unlike some of the larger pharmacy chains that send you to automated message machines. Convenient location in Von's store and in my area. Well staffed with sufficient number of technicians to attend to customers quickly.
