    I’ve been having a great experience at The Perfect Workout! I train with Ally, and she is incredibly attentive. She carefully watches my form and makes sure I’m doing every movement correctly so I get the maximum results from each exercise. I’ve already noticed myself getting stronger, and the workouts are only 20 minutes long! It’s amazing how effective, efficient, and challenging the sessions are in such a short amount of time. If you’re looking for a workout that fits into a busy schedule but still delivers results, I highly recommend it

    I have training with Perfect Workout for 2 years. I have increased my muscle mass and strength which helps with my osteoporosis. Zeke is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is always challenging me and has a clear understanding of my body’s strengths and weaknesses.

    My experience with Perfect Workout has been good. I feel better and stronger. I’m 73 and I have mobility issues which are accommodated. I’m honestly writing this to say I am very sorry to lose my trainer Cameron. He taught me how to breathe properly while paying close attention to my form and keeping my core engaged. I have been coming to Perfect Workout over three years and I have had now five trainers. I suppose that comes with the territory. I’ve been pleased with my results and it is keeping me the best strong person I can be at present

    I can’t say enough great things about Zeke as a personal trainer. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals and built a strength training program that was both challenging and realistic. Since working with Zeke, I’ve seen a significant improvement in my overall strength, endurance, and confidence in the gym.
