My experience with Perfect Workout has been good. I feel better and stronger. I’m 73 and I have mobility issues which are accommodated. I’m honestly writing this to say I am very sorry to lose my trainer Cameron. He taught me how to breathe properly while paying close attention to my form and keeping my core engaged. I have been coming to Perfect Workout over three years and I have had now five trainers. I suppose that comes with the territory.
