StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Carlsbad North Coast offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I am already fit/active and do yoga & deep stretching, but I was still having increased pain and tension in my joints just from time and usage. I was starting to get worried it might be degenerative, but after a gentle assisted session, it was completely gone. The technique was gentle yet powerful and really gave me hope and an expanded perspective, not only on the TYPE of work our bodies need to stay mobile & healthy over time, but on how SIMPLE that work can be. I left feeling not only at peace about my body, but also open-minded towards other areas in my life. What else is possible in my life? If this was such an easy solution for my chronic pain, maybe there are simple solutions to other problems I’m facing. I left feeling more confident that I will carve those paths in my life, and that those paths don’t always have to be such a difficult struggle. That’s the effect of deep nervous system regulation and somatic release - it opens up your body AND your mind to new pathways & new possibilities. I definitely will gift sessions to my loved ones to show them that healing is not only possible, but simple and accessible.

Even the simple things in life like picking up things to climbing into bleachers are now easier. I am 74 and am more flexible now than the last 10 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe everyone would benefit from their skills. If there was a 6star rating I would give them a 6.
