They spent a while looking for my RX because it was not put in the correct rack after it was filled - as if that’s a rocket science. Then the head pharmacist came to explain my prescription. English is not her first language which is fine but the directions she verbalized were not what she intended to tell me, or what is written in the print out I assume due to lack of mastery of English language. “Do not take 30 minutes after lay down” does not mean the same as “wait 30 minutes after taking pill before you lay down”. A strong understanding of Wnglish is imporyany in some profession. Someone could get hurt if a pharmacist cannot communicate clearly.

I asked how much longer it would be, and the pharmacist copped an attitude and said he had other things ahead of me. Nobody else was there, and no organization was in place. The pharmacist was very rude and nasty. I'm going to transfer my prescriptions and be done with this pharmacy.
