  Easily the best medical experience I have ever had! When checking in I was met with the best hospitality by the two women at the front desk! I waited for a very short time before going back to get blood work done. The PA was awesome and the gentleman who took my blood was very kind and patient. Overall a rad and easy experience:)

  Wonderful staff!! I am vacationing and had an emergency situation. They were empathetic and so efficient. I hope I don’t have a physical need to go back 😉 but iI highly recommend them!!! Thank you Laura, Ann, and Lexi!!!

  I attempted to bring my sick 2 year old in last night, the front desk staff women coped a attitude with me right off the back. I mentioned I was visiting from out of state. Naturally the next question was what type of insurance we had? I was like woahh, slowww does here. I asked if they were capable of doing Xrays for suspected pediatric pneumonia. "Yes only if its indicated" okay.... I go back to my car to talk to my wife. The women comes out and says "We close at 6, that's why I was trying to get y'all in here, so if you want come in. Nows the time". Or something to that effect. We were very shocked she did that. Sensing bad vibes from her. We decided to just goto Scripps Encinitas and left. That women is going to destroy this practice. My mother who is a practicing physician of 40 years at a well known practice in the area was shocked and suggest we go elsewhere.

  Please be very careful before going to this location. Make sure you check your insurance coverage in advance. In our experience, the visit costs were extremely high and they were not contracted with major insurance plans. We went there several times for convenience, but unfortunately we did not receive accurate diagnoses. The medications prescribed did not resolve the issues, and we ended up having to seek care elsewhere, including urgent care and emergency visits. We were never seen by a physician, only by a PA. While PAs can provide care, we did not feel confident in the evaluations we received. The experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
