We researched different products and companies and finally decided on getting a Bruno Stairlift from 101 Mobility of San Diego. We are so glad we picked this company and product! We are beyond pleased both with the product and the service. Each and every part of our experience with 101 Mobilty has exceeded our expectations. The customer service from the office staff to the owner, Ben, to the Installers have been outstanding. The product we got is awesome. It is really nice looking, high quality and custom designed for our stairs. It works and looks great! Thank you Ben and Staff for caring and giving us exceptional customer service!

Throughout the process they were very communicative and tried their best to expedite the delivery and install of the unit. We went with the Flow X model due to it's automated features and its ability for a drop nose finish so we don't have to drill into the tiles. The chair works great and see an immediate improvement in my mom's well being as she can not independently go up and down the stairs without someone monitoring her. Highly recommend working with 101 Mobility as they are very helpful going through the process and install was done in 4 hours total. Really felt like they cared.
