    101 Mobility did an amazing job of getting the chairlift installed for my parents. Throughout the process they were very communicative and tried their best to expedite the delivery and install of the unit. We went with the Flow X model due to it's automated features and its ability for a drop nose finish so we don't have to drill into the tiles. The chair works great and see an immediate improvement in my mom's well being as she can not independently go up and down the stairs without someone monitoring her. Highly recommend working with 101 Mobility as they are very helpful going through the process and install was done in 4 hours total. Really felt like they cared.

    We loved this company and would give 10 Stars if possible. The Products we purchased are fabulous, and wish I had done it sooner. Camille in the office is organized, kind and patient and very easy to work with. Mike, Scott and Greg were amazing. They showed up on time they were professional, yet kind, knowledgeable and patient as they trained us to make sure we were safe and would not have any issues with these products. .We would highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone who is having Mobility challenges, like me. It has opened up my world from being homebound to being out in the world, and having a good quality of LIFE!!!💝

    Greg, Adam, and Mickey were very professional, friendly, and answered all our questions in a patient manner. Greg made sure we understood instructions, and Adam gave us tips on proper use and safety concerns. Overall, the 101Mobility team was technically knowledgeable and treated us kindly. Greatly satisfied by installation team!
