She clearly explained what was going on with my hearing loss and what the hearing aids would do for me, and then she helped me figure out how the hearing aids work. I also like that I can call her any time in the future and have her work through any necessary adjustments over the phone with me. I highly recommend seeing Katie Burrell at AudioNova - she will absolutely help you get to the bottom of how you can hear better!
