On 10/21/25, we went to LensCrafters, on recommendation from our ophthalmologist, for new eyeglasses. The moment we were greeted by Nelly, we knew we were in good hands. She has a sharp eye for face-flattering glasses. She was patient and warm and very capable. Cannot say enough positive about Nelly and our experience. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst service Placed an order for new glasses almost a month ago and someone cancelled the order and never called me !!! These losers took my money and left me without glasses for over a month ! I called manager KIM several times and this useless person couldn't bother returning my call ... where is my refund for my glasses lady !! Update: went to the store to physically get my money back. I just want to thank David and Nelly for absolutely professional and kind. They stepped up, apologized and of course refunded my money. Both Nelly and David is the only reason I would ever go back there in the future. Kim, the manager as expected never bothered to return any of my calls and never apologized for their mistake!!! I am shocked she is still employed at the location considering all the complaints about her were posted !

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
