I just want to thank David and Nelly for absolutely professional and kind. They stepped up, apologized and of course refunded my money. Both Nelly and David is the only reason I would ever go back there in the future. Kim, the manager as expected never bothered to return any of my calls and never apologized for their mistake!!! I am shocked she is still employed at the location considering all the complaints about her were posted !
