  I live so close to this studio and was very much looking forward to taking a class. However, after learning about my sweet friend's awful experience with instructor Bahar Pourahmadi I will not be booking a class here and will let my friends and family know NOT to come here. Bahar harrased my friend who arrived late to class but was let in to the studio. Bahar bullied my friend into doing push ups as a punishment for coming late even after my friend expressed her disability. She is inconsiderate and if this is what YogaSix represents than I do not want my loved ones coming here.

  I had a wonderful and relaxing yoga session at YogaSix! I tried the Slow Flow class in the heated room, and it was just as good as I expected. The pacing was great and easy to follow. I usually take more challenging classes back home, so this one felt lighter, but it was still such a refreshing experience to try. They have very organized areas and clean restroom. The instructor was kind and warm, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with my booking inquiries. I’d definitely book again when I’m back! 🧘‍♀️✨

  Truly my home away from home! I travel a lot, but the first thing I want to do when I get back is come into the studio. I appreciate that they have a diversity of classes and excellent teachers. No matter where you are in your practice, you will fit right in. Clean studio, they have taken health precautions ever since I started coming, but have still managed to make it as comfortable as possible through the different changes. Can’t recommend this place enough!

  I love this studio! All classes are given in a warm room (they also offer Hot Yoga), with filtered air to remove antigens (safe), wonderful peaceful music, and a perfectly lit environment. The floor is created to be easy on your joints and pressure points. The teachers are kind and attentive! The dim lights make the entire experience feel like you’re in your own personal space instead of on display as with other studios. I highly recommend it!

  I can't say enough about our yoga home away from home. The entire staff welcomes you like you're part of the family every time you walk in the door. Whether it's your first class or your 50th. From the very first day, Ajnavi and her crew has welcomed everyone to a SUPER clean studio and creates a class schedule based on wants and needs. Can't wait for our next class!
