review from my first visit.
I suggest ignoring the reviews complaining about waiting, that's typical in America's health system. They told me to expect a two hour visit and that's what happened 9:30 - 11:30 to do all the imaging/testing and talking to Dr.
Front desk: pleasantly greeted and guided through everything, even answered questions my relative had about their own problems.
Technicians: good people skills, very patient and detailed about what they are doing and guides you through each machine and what it does.
Doctor: I met with Dr. Howard Chen, he is very direct, facts based, and realistic about explaining my condition, and how to treat it, whether or not treatment is needed, and if I should do the treatment at various severity levels.
Reccomend you bring your own sunglasses, they can only provide a disposable one ( similar to paper ones for watching the eclipse ).

I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment without any explanation or update. When I asked the front desk for clarification, they were unable to provide a reasonable answer or an estimated wait time. Given the lack of communication and transparency, I chose to cancel my appointment and will be seeking care elsewhere.

My wife has been under continuing care here since 2005. The doctors are top notch, and the staff is friendly and professional.

Consistently have to wait hours for simple follow-up appointments in brightly-lit crowded waiting rooms.
If you must make an appointment here, at least avoid Dr. Chow. He is unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least.
