He took me to the VA office to get my dad registered and get appointments needed for my dad to get the VA benefits that he is entitled to. We now have him all set up with VA Primary Care doctor, VA Social Work and daily care from Home Instead and NOW the VA will cover the charges instead of my dad picking up the costs! They are also going to supply him with all the equipment he needs to help him recover. Thank you Martin! You were a lifesaver as we had no idea how to get this task done.

When my father was 1st going through the process of early dementia I looked into Home Instead as a backup solution but my mother was against having strangers in their home. They came out and did a very professional evaluation of my father and his home with no pressure. I was giving all the literature about their company and experience stuff. I travel a lot for work, my Dad is 88 and mother is 85 and about 6 weeks later I got an emergency call at 3am east coast time. I flew back and only had 9 days to get their situation settled before I had to return to work. The day after I returned home, I went straight to HOME INSTEAD and they were amazing. I told them what I needed and they responded with fast action. I needed 2 people (1pm to 6pm and another 11pm to 5am) Both were beyond my wildest expectations. Camille provided A calm and patient approach with making sure my father kept his Cpap mask on after getting up to use the restroom (2 to 3 times per night). She would text me details on how my father slept and if there were any possible problems in the making. Alexis was as professional, gentle and caring as Camille. I had installed cameras to watch my father and at every moment that both Camille and Alexis happened to be there when I looked, both were exceptional at their work. I truly want to thank all the staff in the office (especially Alex the scheduler) for putting up with my in office visit and answering all my awkward questions and concerns. A BIG 5 Stars to the true superheroes, Camille and Alexis for bringing a sense of peace of mind and faith to my family, that no matter what happens HOME INSTEAD will be there with their support.
