  Extremely disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—provided by PA Mannveet Dhillon. Her attitude was incredibly poor and she showed zero patience during my mother’s appointment. It felt very much like she was dismissive because my mother does not speak English. As a healthcare provider, you are expected to treat every patient with dignity regardless of a language barrier. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. We will not be returning to Carbon Health if this is the standard of staff they employ.

  I’ve been to this Carbon Health location many times, both for myself and my kids and it’s truly been a lifesaver for our family. It’s very easy to get a same day appointment and the waiting time is always short which is especially helpful with children. The office is new, modern and clean. The doctors are great professional, caring and patient. They’re especially kind and gentle with kids which makes visits much less stressful. We never feel rushed and everything is explained clearly. Having a CVS Pharmacy in the same plaza is also very convenient so we can pick up prescriptions right after the appointment.

  Unfortunately, the Carbon Health Clinic on Saratoga Avenue closed a week ago and therefore I had to bring my son to their facility on Bascom Avenue. The experience was like day and night. Staff that didn’t care much about customer service and despite a 1:15 PM appointment served everyone that came in after us with no or a later appointment first. When asked about the unusual practice, the response was silence.

  The PA looked tired and inexperienced. She didn’t look or sound confident. She said I had no pneumonia. No treatment needed. But I doubted and rechecked with my primary doctor the next day and my doctor heard the pneumonia in one of my lungs and prescribed meds right away.

  Greeted with friendly receptionist. Checked in quickly, very short wait and vitals taken.Family Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and informative. Checked everything to determine if I had respiratory issues or nasal congestion and ears. We talked about options for treatment, very satisfied.
