  This review is specifically for the Candlelight Serenity Sound Bath in the evening. This is by far one of the worst sound bath experience I’ve been to. The class is packed like sardines. The location is not ideal for this type of class. First of all, it’s in the Pruneyard so it’s gonna take you a while to find parking. Secondly, the studio is on top of the bar so the whole sound bath laying on the floor we hear every beat of the music from the bar below and the bass is so strong that your body vibrates from the music below. The structure of the sound bath is also weird, it’s switching between music on the speaker vs the sound bath itself and it creates such a disjoint experience. The movement plus the music is not very coordinated, in the sound bath portion, we hold the pose for such a long time that it’s so uncomfortable and overly stimulating with the bass from the bar and the sound bath. I’m sure the morning yoga is fine but the evening class is not it. The instructor seems to be very inexperienced. One of the worst sound bath class I’ve been to.

  C2 with Stephanie was a great class! She led the class with clarity at a good pace and helped make corrections where needed. She was friendly and welcoming to all, regardless of experience level. Studio was clean, amenities (like locker rooms/showers) are great, and front desk staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back! Only bummer is parking at the Pruneyard, which has always been a challenge. Recommended arriving 30 mins before your class start time to allow time to locate a spot and not rush into class. Also, the room was super warm from the class prior that was heated. Either way, can’t wait to revisit the studio for more classes!

  I'm now loving yoga and signed up for a month after my free week (and because free is great I did twelve sessions in nine days, they gave me an extra free day for hitting ten sessions in my week so generous!) the staff was courteous and knowledgeable and always ready to answer even my most difficulty questions so that I could achieve my goals. Love the moist heat the uniqueness of the instructors and the eighties music that Avery played.

  It’s so hard to find a parking spot here and the studio should at least provide some parking instructions like what they did in SC studio. It’s annoying that it takes 10-15 mins to find a parking spot here
