- LCLori CoxMar 14, 20265.0This was my 2nd visit for an urgent care matter at Carbon’s Bascom Ave SJ location. I had a very positive experience as a walk-in. There were 3 people waiting in the lobby and I was told there was about a 30 minute wait, but was seen in 10 minutes. I was treated by 4 different staff folks - a very friendly front desk attendant, the vitals/symptoms intake person, medical person, I think she was a PA, and a radiology technician. Everyone explained information/steps thoroughly and was helpful. I was prescribed meds which were ready for pick up in an hour after my appointment. Today is day 2 of taking meds and I’m starting to feel some relief from my symptoms. The only issue I came across was that it took Carbon 2 days to update my online account so I was unable to login to see my xray report. Other than that though, I would highly recommend Carbon for urgent care services.
