Literally one of the worst pharmacies I've ever used. Quick rundown why:
1. They filled one of my husband's RXs for a year and failed to run it under his insurance each time. Even though they had his current insurance on file. $13 a month vs the $0 it would have been under his insurance. Husband didn't know he had $0 copay.
2. I had a RX that I was unable to pick up on time, and they returned it to stock. However, they failed to reverse it off my insurance when they did this, which resulted in my insurance thinking it was too soon to fill when I attempted to call it in a week later. Because of that, I lost one of my refills and I had to pay for it out of pocket that month.
3. Deleted one of my RXs because they thought it was a duplicate. Nope. It was a higher strength of a medication that I was supposed to titrate up to. Instructions to put it on hold were included by my doctor and then verified by myself, but they just straight up deleted it.
4. Was given unsolicited medical advice by a pharmacy clerk. Anyone working in a medical field knows that this is a HUGE no-no, and is wildly unprofessional. They are not trained or credentialed to be giving medical advice.
5. My insurance only allows for a 30 day fill at a time. Not 60 days. Not 90 days. Only 30 days at a time. They attempted to run one of my RXs as a 60 day supply, and then we're confused why it was being rejected by my RX insurance. It took two weeks to sort this out because they couldn't give me a straight answer WHY it was being rejected. I kept being told "it's too soon" or "your insurance needs a prior auth" or "your insurance doesn't cover it anymore I guess". I was able to figure out what was going on by calling my insurance and spending an hour and a half on the phone with them. They were the ones who told me why it was being rejected.
6. At the same time as #5 above, they attempted to fill a different strength of the same medication. It obviously rejected. Again, they were confused about what was going on, and like I said above I was the one who had to sort it out.
Aside from all of the above, they are surly and argumentative. Their excuse for the above issues was "well, we're always so busy" or "we're understaffed" or "we have staff rotated in here from other pharmacies". I don't care, that doesn't excuse any of the above. It would explain why it takes days to get a RX filled, but it does not explain any of the above. I've lost money, time, and multiple medications due to their carelessness. I should have had all my medications transferred from them a while ago.
