  The phlebotomist was personable, pleasant and skilled. I arrived at 8:28 for my 8:30 appointment. As I was signing in she took a walk-in patient and he needed more time than is common so she didn't take me to the draw room until 8:50. I wouldn't really have minded accommodating a fellow patient except that the waiting room was really cold and even having a sweater was not enough for comfort. The phlebotomist said the building was climate controlled and the staff could not influence the temperature.

  I have had many many blood draws. Selina was THE BEST poke EVER! She was the only one in that office that day and she was doing a great job at keeping everything moving and calm. Her communication with the waiting room was perfect. She did an excellent job!

  SELINA WAS AMAZING! She provided best service, made me comfortable and I didn’t even feel her do the blood draw. He skills are high level and create a positive experience for everyone. THANK YOU SELINA !

  Selina at the Camarillo location was amazing! She was so quick and I didn’t even feel the prick from the needle.

  I was very well taken care of when I almost passed out having my blood drawn. She was super kind and gentle and compassionate towards me and my awful veins.
