The staff—specifically Carmen and Rene—were unprofessional, incompetent, and showed little regard for customer care. If they don’t enjoy their job, they should consider stepping aside for someone who does. I had an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes to be seen. When I was finally called, they treated me and my concerns as if they didn’t matter. I was rushed through the process of selecting glasses with no explanation or guidance whatsoever. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with. I tried to get glasses and left several messages, but they never responded. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves something as important as eye care. I hope this feedback leads to better training and accountability. I will never be back there!
