My trainer, Ryan, is exceptionally adept at tailoring my 20-min workout to fit my specific needs. I've got small injuries, head to toe, and Ryan customizes my workout mechanics, which in turn feels like I am reducing and healing each injury!! IKR, amazing! Give it a go. I’ve been training with Ryan and the Calabasas team for almost two years. Ryan has a wonderful attitude and pushes you to be your best. Overall great trainers, each with their own unique style that adds to the workout. Twice a week/20 minutes with pleasing results. Overall I feel stronger, more toned and most of my aches and pains have markedly decreased. Amazing personalized training that has given the results I needed.
