  Take note that the worst reviews are all from 1-5 years ago. This Sav-ons staff is very personable, always willing to take extra steps to assure my meds are filled on time, and if you have signed up for their app you will always have an alert when your med is ready. If you don’t get it when you expect it, a simple phone call, that always gets answered and is never put on hold for 10-30 minutes like CVS and other large pharmacies will get the issue resolved immediately. Take responsibility for the timely receipt of your own meds. Electronic prescriptions cause a world of problems and it’s not just the pharmacy involved. Doctors have a hand to play in it too.

  I have been going here for about 6 months after moving from Woodland Hills and had the pleasure of working with the pharmacist Mera Z who is hands down the most helpful and warmest. She always goes above and beyond to ensure I am informed and prepared for my refills and educated on all my medications. This is the best pharmacy in the valley and another reason I love living in Calabasas. Thank you to this professional caring tea

  I found one of their older employees buying cards while working. He said that they were for his kid which could have been the case but then he proceeds to buy one of best box sets and starts to tell me about how there’s still a tin left and maybe after his purchase the machine will generate another product which leads me to believe that he knows exactly how the machine works and he’s been purchasing the better product while leaving the unwanted product such as the mentioned “tin”. It’s difficult as a consumer to come and buy a product when it is generated at random and now it’s even more difficult knowing we have people working there purchasing all the product as soon as it generates which is supposed to be fair play due to the random generated process of purchase. When I asked the manager about allowing employees to purchase these products during work hours he walked away mumbling something, then came back and walked right by me to enter his office. I thought this was supposed to be a reputable establishment. Apparently it’s okay to take advantage of a system provided to them as long as you work there. Scalping at its finest. Please do better, Albertsons.

  Never been to this pharmacy, went to the one in Calabasas, CA. Had medication stolen while traveling and had to get replaced. Pharmacist was pretty nice, but did not have my most important medication in stock. I used to LOVE Savon, that is no longer. Not an Albertsons shopper, they are tooooo expensive and just not that impressive.

  Waited in line for 25 min to drop off my prescription.Only one person was in costumer service.
