- YFYelena Frid3 days ago5.0so i absolutely love this work out - it is for any level you have in one class people that are athletes, dancers, but also folks in their 70's or moms -like me who haven't worked out for 10 years. Every exercise can be modified to your level even as your level changes. I started a year and half ago and my health has significantly improved (i know because i did blood work right before and just now- all markers improved =)) anyways love them - i do it 4-5 times a week - and yes its you can do that just because its all customizable and you just do as much as you can =)

The staff and instructors are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for everyone, regardless of their experience level. I particularly appreciate that they offer a great variety of class types (like Pure Barre Classic, Empower, and Define), which keeps the workouts interesting. Highly recommend trying it out!
