- GBGeorge BergessJan 22, 20265.0I just moved to Burlingame from New York City 4 months ago and needed an opto asap I made a few call to doctors offices that my insurance gave me but none were as pleasant as the person who answer my call at Dr Soss office! New Yorkers are demanding and me being 74 years old demand even more! The appt was set for the same day I had read the reviews and was ready for the worse! But what a surprise! The staff gets 5 stars The Doctor gets 10 stars! He was a professional from start to the end and has a great personality too. He was able to answer all my questions. I felt like he really enjoys his practice. How can I ask for anything more? So if you need to see an Opto call his office and see for yourself how nice of a place this is and decide for yourself what kind of doctor he is. You are going to be more than happy that you did ! Whenever I’ve had an urgent issue, he’s been available right away and made sure I was taken care of. The office also has a great selection of frames, and the staff is always welcoming and professional. I truly appreciate the quality of care and attention every time I visit.

If your having a bad day don't make your staff & patients have a bad day either. If you need patients to bring in something specific let them know before their appt not when the patients gets there.
