  Dr. Ryan Clagg's office is awful and inconsiderate. First, I had to wait 4 months to even get an appointment and I have not been feeling well. The day of the appointment, I was unfortunately 15 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway. Upon arrival, his office would not honor my appointment because I was 15 minutes late and turned me away. (Side note, in all my years I have never had a doctor see me on time, ever.) I found the coldness of the front office staff disturbing. They were inconsiderate to the fact I waited 4 months yet 15 minutes tardiness they denied me an appointment. I will never recommend this medical office to friends or family.

  This is a review for the endocrinology department. First of all the call center person Andrea does not let you speak. Keep cutting off she escalated my situation By being unprofessional and rude! I was trying to explain the reason why I’m calling I requested to speak with a manager.spoke with manager Dylan unsuccessful with resolving my concern. This agent, Andrea and her manager Dylan did not follow the core values of UCLA, which is to fill comfortable and safe, Listen to and be heard and valued And respected! UCLA is ranked number three in the nation ! You need to do better shame on you!

  Dr Teng is the best!! (And all the staff members, sorry ladies I don’t know your names yet) - I’ve been coming here for my pregnancy checkups and it’s been such a pleasant experience. With this team I’m excited about the baby development and delivery as they take their time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. Thank you and keep it up team ❤️

  Was seen for a physical and particular concern. Worst doctor I've been to in my life. Female doctor with 5 years experience according to her profile. So flat and terrible bedside manner. Very unhelpful when it came to answering questions and made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. She didn’t seem interested in my concerns. Appeared as just checking off a list and hurrying me out of there. I was hoping to establish some sort of relationship with her but felt she was not interested. I've never had such an unprofessional experience with a doctor. She needs more experience and learn how to be a more thorough and thoughtful. I expected more from UCLA medical.

  Dr. Eugenio is an excellent doctor and very responsive. All of my family has her due to Her experience and bedside manor. Highly recommend.
