Dr Kiana Teng is the best! I’m so happy we chose her as my OBGYN to monitor pregnancy with - she always made me feel welcome and took her time to answer all the questions I had. And her positive attitude & bed manners are A+. I delivered my baby on Dec 2 in Providence hospital with Dr Nguyen that knew my history (she was a blessing too!) and I’m very grateful for all the care provided by UCLA health and Dr Teng (and everyone in the office really including the nicest front desk girls, I may not remember your names but I love seeing you every time I come over!) I used to never like coming to OBGYN office, but i finally found the team who I’m very comfortable with. Thank you for your hard work!

Doctor was Jennifer Reiger. She did a good job with the pap smear for my wife. Quick procedure and promptly got back to us with test results. Good bedside manner.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants their OB-GYN to pretend to care about you as a patient. I started bleeding early on in my pregnancy, and called to see if I could get an appointment in. The receptionists are cold and robotic, I feel like they are trained not to react, and not to show emotion. Cool, but being met with that attitude while potentially miscarrying is jarring to put it lightly. I could feel the receptionist rolling her eyes thought the phone as I begged her, in tears, to try to fit me in in the next few days to see if my baby was ok. She advised me to go to the emergency room if I thought it was that bad. Not sure if you have, but I have been to the emergency room for a miscarriage before, it's a horrific experience I don't wish on anyone - there for 9 hours in a waiting pattern and being told at every step of the way that a miscarriage isn't an emergency and I should have gone to my OB-GYN for it. Gee, wouldn't I have loved to do that, if my OB-GYN would factor in time for emergency situations, alas... anyways. I digress. I begged the receptionist for someone, anyone to see me in the next few days. She said, dryly, that she'd "put a note in to the doctors" I didn't end up hearing back from them for THREE WEEKS. Read that again... THREE WEEKS. Luckily I did some rage-searching after that disappointing phone call and found a new, wonderful OB-GYN in my network who, when I called, and I said "I'm bleeding" the receptionist said "oh no, we need to get you in right away." So, Silver linings. But moral of the story - Don't go here.
