  It’s ridiculous that they turn off access to online registration until 8am. New management sucks! 35 people waiting for one iPad to register. Ridiculous.

  I came to leave a few samples a few months ago. The lab is a little unintuitive, there isn’t really staff at a window and you need to figure out for yourself that you need to check in on an iPad podium by the door. Also, the lab was staffed by only one tech the day I visited and the queue was pretty long. He was nice enough and took good care of me, but the rest of the experience was not easy to figure out for some of the other folks trying to sign in.

  No appts. No where to sit. Old people with canes and walkers lining the halls waiting. 30 minutes wait just to register then another 15 all while fasting. Horrible experience. Only UCLA lab in valley east of 405. Ridiculous.
