  I arrived and was late 15 minutes due to constant rerouting of buildings they did not accommodate my needs and claimed would validate my parking without evening asking where I parked, inconveniece because now i have to pay for parking. I even made myself available to wait and was denied my appointment. Horrible customer service do not come here.

  I saw Dr Loc Dulong this winter. Having been dealing with lots of chronic illness complications he blew my expectations out of the water for a new PCP. Normally very wary of new doctors after previous bad experiences but he read my chart and was very nice along with helpful in trying to figure out what has been going on. Definitely recommend

  This review is for Dr. Mustafa Albustani. I had a primary at the Burbank practice that (sadly left). She was lovely (Dr Eun Kim). I had some symptoms from an ear disease that I had some time ago. I decided to go to another doctor in the practice for a scan. I asked BEFORE HAND if the doctors were able to order these tests if deemed necessary. I go and Dr.Albustani tells me at first he cannot order this test because he does not know how to read an MRI. Newsflash: any PREMED student would know that RADIOLOGISTS read MRI's. General doctors only convey results to the patient and can refer to specialists depending on results. I am very concerned that this guy is practicing medicine and does not know this!! Note: even neurosurgeons do not read MRI's until radiologists conclude results and detail findings to them. Then he says he has nothing to compare the MRI with. Again, basic (no medical school needed) info.The patient either brings prior scans or uses the same facility (where they are in the system) so the radiologist can compare them from year to year. Finally, he agreed it was a good idea and typed the wrong order. Note, I brought 12 MRI reports and copious other reports from medical history. He could have typed the two lines and sent me on my way. Instead, he would not fix the order and then said he did not have the CPT code required to fix it. Really???!!! Meanwhile, the CPT code I showed him, was standard. How do I know...because my former primary a few years back was at Brentwood UCLA and ordered the same scan WITH no problems (from the same system). He ordered a general MRI which would not indicate if there was a tumor regrowth. So the visit was useless. Instead of helping me, he caused much more unnecessary stress, wasted my time,, and now I have to go to another doctor. Additionally, I had to argue for the fee to be removed (who would pay for this nonsense?!) Dr. Kim did right by leaving this place because if this is considered proper medical care, count me out. You could be misdiagnosed anywhere but why greatly improve your odds with this doctor?!. I would strongly suggest any/all reading to avoid this place and physician like a plague!

  Exceptional organization and fantastic doctors. This is a very well organized health facility.
