  I've been here twice, and both times have been a breeze. Always called on time for my appointment, blood draws are 10 minutes max, and my phlebotomist ( Karen) was super kind and professional. I am very bad around needles but she has a very comforting energy and I barely felt a thing thanks to her. My last draw was 15 vials and it could not have gone smoother.

  I checked in on my phone when I arrived and was brought back exactly at my appt time. I did not have to wait at all. I had a 7:40am appt and Anna came out to get me right at my appt time. Anna was my phlebotomist and she was kind and very skilled. She was friendly and kept me relaxed the entire time she was drawing my blood. It was painless and so quick even though 9 vials of blood were drawn. She was amazing!

  Friendly staff, was called in on time, clean place. Make sure to get an appointment when going as there are a lot of walk ins. With appointments, you will be called in first at your scheduled time.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. I was a few minutes late for my appointment, because I was looking for parking and they completely refused to help me. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no effort to find a solution. I understand that schedules are important, but customer service should matter too. Very frustrating experience. They forced me to leave or they would call police on patient just wanted to get blood work done. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL

  Miss Karen is a very experienced and knowledgeable caring person, she has been the only one who did not miss my veins, I am very thankful for her help, she is an absolute blessing.
