- KBka baJan 28, 20222.0Used to be very good. The previous staff new exactly what they were doing. When they picked up the phone, they answered you and helped you very efficiently. The new staff which seem to be trained in a completely different way, follow the usual trend that is prevalent in other places (picking up the phone and then putting you on hold). What has happened in two weeks that changed the functionality of the pharmacy completely? New staff? Colder climate? Flu season? Pandemic? I preferred the old way much more. Please don't let this small and lovely pharmacy loose it's charm and functionality.
