As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Eliana at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly during the check-in process and went above and beyond to make us comfortable, offering us drinks and snacks while we waited. (My grandma happily accepted the snacks!) When it was time for our appointment, we met with the amazing Nadia. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind with my grandma. Nadia shared some of her own personal experiences with hearing loss, which really helped my grandma feel understood and ultimately more confident about moving forward with hearing aids. Nadia is truly the friendliest and most caring hearing aid specialist we’ve encountered, and I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone in need of a hearing test or hearing aids
