  I would greatly recommend the service. They had excellent customer service and was able to get the help I needed in a timely manner took some extra precaution for a situation that they didn’t have to just show the heart of what’s needed.

  Great experience from beginning to end. The front desk girl was great, she greeted me, and walked me through the process of my visit, then the person performing the EKG was nice, and answered any questions I had and the evaluation/ clearance lady who also helped me was nice and also answered any questions. Great place because they all make you feel welcoming…

  My adult daughter and myself visited AFC on Tuesday for some congestion concerns. Both the doctor and her assistant were very easy to talk to and I could not have been happier that all the staff treated her like any other patient while directing questions to me as her legal guardian, not giving a second thought to her disability and developmental delays but simply asking a few very considerate questions.

  We had such a wonderful experience at AFC Urgent Care in Brentwood. I brought my son in for his appointment and allergy shot, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean, organized, and professional. A special thank you to NP Gerjel , who was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to carefully assess my son and explain everything clearly to me. She had such a warm, kind presence that immediately made both of us feel comfortable and cared for. My son had to get his allergy shot, and they were so gentle which I truly appreciated as a mom. They made the whole experience smooth and reassuring for both of us. We actually live in Concord and drove all the way to Brentwood to be seen here, and it was absolutely worth the drive. The care we received was exceptional. Highly recommend AFC Urgent Care to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their family.

  This is the 2nd time I have come in toa scheduled anpp and they were out of the medicine I was coming in for. I made an appointment and they should always check to see if they have the medication in before scheduling an appointment. I live 25 min out and gas prices are high. This makes me really upset and such a waste of my time. Also when initially scheduling my appointment the girl at the front desk told me it wasn’t covered under my insurance and I had to pay the full payment. I told her I got that medication there before and it was covered. This AFC location seems to be very unorganized. I will not be coming back nor will I ever refer anyone here
