  Brought my mother here. She has been very happy with her previous Miracle-ear person in Fresno. But we were not impressed with this location. The receptionist barely acknowledged us, and Ethan who saw us was pretty perfunctory.

  I am a miracle-ear customer . I live In AZ, however I needed a wax filter changed while visiting CA. The staff at Brea were so kind and helpful. They helped me without an appointment since I was traveling on a tight schedule. Thanks so much. I recommend all who need Hearing help visit this store .

  I bought my hearing aids from this store about a year ago. I paid a price that was a little more than what I would be paying for a lesser quality hearing aid at some of the other popular places. I have been very happy with the quality of the Aid I have bought. More importantly: the staff ath this store were very friendly and super helpful. What is of significant value to me is the ongoing services provided to me by their professional technicians. These on going appointments with their knowledgeable technicians to assist me and to adjust the hearing aid for the best possible hearing experiences are worth more than I paid for. Infact, these extra services and follow-ups are what set them apart from the other hearing aid providers and it is free. Today (12.7.22) I met my wonderful technician, who patiently worked me to make any adjustment needed. She took her time to make me more familiar with their app on my cellphone, so I could have more and better control over my hearing and the hearing aid in different environments. Very happy with the equipments and the ongoing services. Hossein H.
