Michelle welcomed us and asked if she could help as soon as we entered. We showed her the Ray Bans, along with the new prescription. She found the same frames, even though the color had changed a little, my wife still wanted them. So she wrote them up, took measurements, applied the insurance we have, we paid the balance, and we were out in less than an hour!
