She’s helped me several times, and every visit feels effortless. On this most recent trip, she helped me pick out Prada and Dolce & Gabbana prescription frames and also replaced the lenses in my prescription sunglasses that I originally bought there last year. Everything was smooth, efficient, and handled like a pro. Selena has a real eye for style and knows exactly how to guide you without hovering or rushing you. She explains lens options, insurance benefits, and current promotions clearly so you feel confident in your choices. I’m never stuck there for hours, but I also never feel pressured. It’s the perfect balance. I always walk out with multiple pairs and actually excited about them. She’s truly an asset to the company and the team. I’m currently enrolled in her RF treatment which has worked wonders for my dry eye issues.
