I am writing this to warn other patients about the lack of professionalism and poor communication at Dr. Andy Negin’s UCLA Health office. I specifically scheduled this appointment because I needed a trigger point injection for severe, "crucial" pain. When booking, I was very clear that this was the sole purpose of my visit. Despite this, I was never informed that the doctor would not be able to provide the injection today. I drove 45 minutes from Sherman Oaks with my three children in the car while in significant physical distress. It wasn't until I called the office five minutes before my 4:20 PM appointment to update them on my arrival that a receptionist named Sonserae informed me the doctor does not provide those injections. When I arrived to speak with her in person, the experience only got worse: • Lack of Accountability: There was no apology for the fact that no one called me to cancel or clarify the service limitations before I made the long drive. • Dismissive Attitude: The staff was condescending and showed zero empathy for my pain or the logistical effort it took to get there with my kids. • Wasted Time and Resources: They suggested I still "see the doctor" (and presumably pay for a visit) just to be told in person what they already knew: that he couldn't help me with the specific treatment I requested. If you are looking for a UCLA Health physician who values a patient’s time and provides clear communication regarding treatments like trigger point injections, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This office showed a complete lack of regard for my time and my physical well-being.

I've had a great experience with all the doctors I've seen here. The wait times for an appointment can be long, but the staff at the front desk have been polite and professional.

Avoid coming to this location, it is absolutely Absurd, I had an appointment today on 05/09/2024 at 9:30 am, they told me that they could not accept me for my insurance, instead I had already spoken to the financial department and it was Everything was fine, then after 10 minutes that they checked and the insurance was ok, they found the second problem because it was 10 am and they told me it was too late, or said ok, I said ok can you make another appointment? He refused me this one too, this is 100% discrimination I asked to speak to the manager named Oscat Tello, and they refused me I'll post the photos The manager who despite having seen that there was this problem did not come. The names of the girls who work at the front desk are: 1:(Clyde) and the other (Ladero) are both inappropriate for Working with the public, they are rude, disrespectful, they have created all these problems by discriminating against me, I have already called UCLA experience, and now I am contacting my lawyer for discrimination I will take UCLA to court for discrimination.

I had very bad experience with UCLA health Beverly hills Speciality, and I want to share it . In june.2022 I called for an appointment, they scheduled me for July 13.22. two hours ahead of appointment time, I got a call informing me ,and canceled the appointment due to absent of related doctor. Then reschedule me for August.01.22 , again the same day one hour ahead of appointment they send a text and canceled the appointment. I asked to talk to supervisor, after half hour keeping on hold, that said Supervisor is busy with patients and will call me back as soon as possible, and I never get any phone call from them. I am wondering this is the way to treat a patient with cardiology issue. This is UCLA policy to take care of patients.??. Where is the dignity and respect of patients. Why the supervisor didn't call me??. I want a response from official related.
