  ​I had an incredible experience at this UCLA Health location in Beverly Hills. The entire staff was professional, but I want to give a special shout-out to Favian, the manager. ​Favian provides truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel completely taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and leadership in a clinical setting. If you’re looking for a team that is efficient, kind, and professional, this is the place. Highly recommend!

  Please make sure you get pre-authorization from your medical insurance prior to visiting. My PPO plan through United was rejected here resulting in a MASSIVE bill for a simple check up. Even if you go to their website they say they accept United but they might not. Overall it has been an awful experience.
