  Had scheduled an appt. Was seen on time. Brooke drew my blood and she was extremely friendly and efficient with the many vials I needed to fill.

  the appointment times are hard to come by because of low staff the walk-ins are basically impossible to be seen within a reasonable timeframe Labcorp experience was much better and will request them in the future.

  Lovely location with 2 hour free parking near by. Brooke is an outstanding technician in every way. I've never received better care.

  This location is awful and inconvenient. Waiting room was freezing cold and I freely admit I was late to my appointment, but my wait time was well over 1.5 hours. I got seen before a guy who was on the waiting list before me and that turned into a pretty bad situation for him. He hadn't eaten all day for this test and somehow the system dropped him. Getting into and out of the parking garage is a nightmare. It took me 15 minutes to get out which ate into my free time after waiting for so long. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are running late for an appointment and have to become a walk-in or are a walk-in. All I needed to do was drop off a sample on top of that. I wasn't even getting a test done. Utterly ridiculous!

  I was anticipating the worst based on the bad ratings (2.7 overall as I write this - March 2026) and also based on my horrendous experience at the Quest lab on Wilshire last year but honestly, all went well. I did have an appointment and checked in at the self-service kiosk. They called me in a few minutes before my appointment and drew my blood with no issues. Brooke was very efficient and professional. I guess, just make sure to make an appointment before going there. Took one star off because they never answer the phone if you have a small question, etc... Then again, Quest probably understaffs their locations on purpose.
