Extremely disturbing experience. I was billed for premium high-index lenses, yet the receipt showed an impossible charge for both CR-39 and high-index materials on the same pair of glasses. The eyewear provided was unwearable and caused severe visual distortion.
The store agreed in writing to refund my money, but over 20 business days later, no refund has been issued. I have since received properly made glasses elsewhere. Proceed with caution at this franchise.
Reporting to appropriate regulatory and consumer-protection agencies.
If zero stars were possible, I would select it.

The optometrists are kind and do the job, but there was a particular optician (didn't get her name) who was pretty awful. She claimed their office didn't take PD readings, which was insane because the machine was on her desk. She kept insisting on upselling my partner on an AR coating, claiming it was the only one that could be used, and there were only 2 options - the basic, and the premium. Having worked as an optician, I know this to be untrue. When I explained it and her colleague confirmed, she shifted her story. She also charged my partner for a lens upgrade that was fully covered by our insurance.

Made an appointment for an eye exam. Came in at the time I was supposed to be there. Waited a half an hour before asking the clerk about my appointment time. They had taken someone ahead of me that did not have an appointment. A little irritating, but that’s OK. Then the doctor gave me an eye exam and seemed distracted and a little confused. The exam was not very thorough and he did not use a number of screens that I have experienced before at other optometrists. It seemed like he wasn’t being very detailed or precise. There were blanks in the prescription. I inquired about that and he said that there was no change in my vision so he left them blank. Long story short I got my glasses and they’re very blurry. I’ve tried and tried to call them and no one ever picks up the phone. Bad customer service and also bad optometry.

Under new ownership in about the last month so they are working on getting reestablished. In the meantime the Men's selection of glasses is horrible. Woman's are ok. The guy who I would guess is in his 70's they have doing eye exams is a character/physicist? & expressed that he is quite right leaning "don't look at the guy, look at resulting economics" which are as short sided as his belief in trickle down economics. Guess they never trickled down to him or he wouldn't be working past retirement age🙄🤔. Hope they find someone more progressive to fill his possition or at least keep the politics at home and stick to sports.
